Alexander Technique Intensive Course 9 - 18 April
The AT Intensive course includes four two hour group lessons and two 45 minute private lessons.

On the course you will be introduced to all the main tools and principles of the Alexander Technique and you'll also get an access to an online course with interesting information about the AT and some simple exercises and homework.
FOR WHO?
- The AT Intensive Course is a great way to get started with the Alexander Technique. This two week course gives a kick start for your own practice
- The AT Intensive Course is suitable for people with physical or mental pain and complaints. Common reasons to start the AT are muscular skeletal pains (for example: back, neck, shoulder and joint pains), burn out and depression.
- Interest in the Alexander Technique, self development or simply taking time for oneself are also common reasons for people to join the course.
- If you are already familiar with the basic AT principles and want to develop your AT practice further, you may choose to work with the basic principles or application of the AT to a specific area of life or a skill like music/sport/public speaking/mindfulness/stress management/parenting etc.
